Local plan saved policies
The Local Plan Saved Policies are planning policy documents that give detailed guidance on a wide range of issues, including design, transport, housing, retail sites, building extensions, local nature conservation and green space.
The policies here were adopted in 2004. As the planning process changes over time, some are no longer in use. Those that remain in use are referred to as ‘saved’.
