Qualification courses (also known as adult skills courses)
These courses are aimed at residents who are looking for work or not yet ready for work and want a course to help them become ready for work.
We offer courses from pre-entry level to level 2.
You will need to take an assessment before joining a course – this will determine the level you learn at. For some residents you may be advised to take an informal learning course first before taking a qualification with us.
We offer qualifications in ESOL, Maths, English and Digital Skills.
At present all our qualifications involve taking an examination. If you pass your qualification you can then progress onto the next level.
