Antisocial behaviour

Antisocial behaviour means:

  • any action that is capable or likely to cause alarm, harassment or distress to any other person other than a person living in your home
  • hate crime which comes from those motivated by a feeling of hostility against any group of people in society
  • race crime which is an incident believed to have happened because of someone’s race.

Acts of antisocial behaviour and nuisance will be investigated by your housing officer. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • damage to property
  • racial harassment
  • harassment
  • verbal insults
  • illegal dumping of rubbish
  • thoughtless parking
  • playing loud music
  • overgrown gardens
  • graffiti
  • out of control pets.
