Allotment plot applications temporarily closed
Whilst we have over 980 affordable plots across 12 allotment sites, due to high demand, we have unfortunately had to temporarily close the waiting list until further notice.
This decision is reviewed regularly and applications will reopen as soon as plots become available.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
Waiting lists
There is usually a waiting list for an allotment plot.
Because allotments are very popular, demand is high and waiting times can be several years before a plot becomes available.
What happens when applications are open
When you complete an application to apply for an allotment plot:
- your application is added to an automated waiting list for the site or sites you choose
- waiting lists are ordered by the date of your application
- you will be contacted when your name reaches the top of the waiting list and a plot becomes available.
