With the Slough’s Waste and Recycling Portal you can:
- sign up for the garden waste subscription service
- check your garden waste collection dates
- check the status of your garden waste collections
- log a missed green waste collection.

Single Sign-On (SSO)
You can use Single Sign-On (SSO) within the Waste and Recycling Portal. SSO allows a user to access multiple applications or systems with one set of login credentials, such as one username and password.
This means you can log into the Waste and Recycling Portal using your MyAccount details. Go to our MyAccount guidance page to learn more about this account.
If you would like to set up this SSO, then please:
- go to Manage login through SBC MyAccount page within the Waste and Recycling Portal
- use the SBC MyAccount Login button
- this will take you to the SBC MyAccount log in page. If you do not have a SBC MyAccount there will be a ‘register’ link you can use to set one up
- enter in your credentials
- an ‘Authorisation required’ window will appear where you either ‘Allow’ or ‘Reject’ the SSO. If you select 'Allow' you will be taken to the Waste and Recycling Portal.
