Public libraries are the ideal place to find help and information about local services, to borrow books and use computers. Email library@slough.gov.uk or contact your local library if you need Ukrainian/English dual language books.

- East Berkshire Safe Haven offers mental health support to over 18 year olds.
- Anyone affected by the situation in Ukraine can contact CALL (Community Advice & Listening Line) Mental Health helpline on 0800 132737 or text ‘Help’ to 81066. CALL is available 24 hours a day to listen and provide support.
Adult education, skills and learning
East Berkshire Community Learning and Skills Service can support your family members or your sponsee from the Ukraine to join a course with us while they settle into the country. Courses offered include:

- Digital Skills
- How to get a job.
