Access to your home is required annually to carry out these essential checks and repairs, where required. If you receive a letter requesting access to your property please ensure you book an appointment as failure to do so will compromise your safety and the safety of other residents.
Failure to allow access may result in the council taking legal action to gain entry into your home to carry out the statutory requirements.
